This Week in Campus U

Hello, again. In today's podcast I talk about three different things. First, I started off by reminding everyone of the premiere of American Gangster. I talked about showtimes and which was the best time to go see the film if you are on a budget. You'd be amazed at how much you can actually save. I also posted the Tinsletown Theater web site in case you had any further questions.
Second, I discussed the promo event that Campus U will be co-hosting along with RecSports. It will be a ping-pong tournament that will be held at 7pm on Tuesday and Wednesday evening of this week. The event will take place on the second floor of the Rec where the TVs and eating area are. Be sure to make it out there because I will also be giving away a number of various promo items!
The last thing I discussed was the future releases of two Universal films. I will discuss these films in greater depth during the next podcast where I hope to interview Chris Johnson of Campus U and Kelley Cross of Tinseltown Theaters. I hope you enjoy the podcast, and let me know what you think!
Below is a Widget I posted so that you can check out some soundtracks and photos from American Gangster. Enjoy!

I really enjoy the intro to your podcasts. You provided a lot of information about the films and info on the showings and prices. You may want to have some video of the theaters or them serving up popcorn. Overall great job again.

Nice job! I liked using the Universal intro as your intro. I feel like I'm fixing to watch an episode of The Office! Exciting! When introducing the Balls of Fury ping pong tourney, I noticed a slight editing problem. your voice seemed to double over or something. Minor problems but overall, nice podcast!

That's kinda cool that you have an advertisement pop up when opening your page. Especially because it is an American Gangster ad. The information is good in this and it makes me want to go out and watch the movie, which I would think is the goal of the podcast. Good job.

You had a lot of great info for the viewers, you might consider adding the time and prices to the blog. I’m sure you’ve heard about this already, but during the balls of fury info your voice repeated. There’s also quite a bit of empty space at the end of the podcast, that shouldn’t be too hard to fix though.

this was really informative and i was really happy you talked about American Gangster because I've been wanting to see it and now I know where and when i can. it'd be kool to have some shots of people in the theatres also to give a little more atmosphere to the podcast.the widget got my attention immediately so great idea to include that.

Really nice video podcast...I like the introduction to your podcast. The presentation was really good. The sound was there and everything sounded great overall. I like how you divided what's out right now and what's coming soon. Great job once again!

I'm amped about American Gangster, so it's cool that you addressed it. Aside from a few minor mistakes that most people wouldn't even notice, this was a very well thought-out podcast. Great job!

The progression of information is good and logical. The information was detailed and clear. It wasn't very distracting and the flow was good. Very good job!
